My UX vision is intended to ease stakeholders in understanding the value of UX not only on human or brand levels but also its effect on corporate culture.
Discovery and Research
I understand user needs through research methods like interviews, surveys, and usability testing. My experience includes uncovering insights for clients ranging from Fortune 500 companies to boutique agencies, ensuring user-centric and effective designs.
I use qualitative research, like user interviews and usability tests, to deeply understand user behaviors and needs. This helps me create empathetic, user-centered designs that are grounded in real-world context and expectations.
Define and Ideate
I synthesize research findings to create user personas, journey maps, and scenarios, defining the problem and guiding the design process. My background in human-centered design helps me align products with real user needs.
Wireframing and Prototyping
I develop low-fidelity wireframes to outline the product structure and high-fidelity prototypes to refine visual elements and interactions. I’ve used tools like Figma and Adobe XD to create interactive prototypes that effectively communicate design ideas.
Design and Development Collaboration
I collaborate closely with developers to ensure the design vision is realized, establishing UI standards and maintaining consistency. My experience in Agile environments helps align design and development efforts efficiently.
Testing and Iteration
I lead usability testing to validate designs, making iterative improvements based on real user feedback. This process has helped optimize conversion rates, engagement, and overall user satisfaction for various digital products.
Launch and Post-Launch Analysis
After launch, I monitor product performance and gather feedback to identify areas for improvement. My post-launch analysis ensures continuous optimization, aligning the product with evolving user needs and business goals.

My process is broken up into phases. As a UX/UI designer, I play a role every step of the way. I am comfortable working in both SCRUM and Kanban but have also worked within waterfall methodologies. Document designed for presentation purposes.

Process diagram showing my sprint cycle. I typically work closely with product owners to define user goals based on research, write user stories, wireframe and prototype and then work with the development team on fulfilling user needs in bi-weekly sprints.
